Andouille Brat

This smoked, Cajun Style, all pork bratwurst is fully cooked and spiced with medium hot cayenne peppers and garlic. Traditionally, it is added to a rice and red bean cajun dish.  Can also be cut into ready to eat cracker snacks or grilled and tossed on a bun with grilled onions and mustard!
