Bacon Explosion

This bacon packed "roast" consists of:  Paulina's homemade Bourbon bacon, beef bacon, and bbq sauce stuffed with Italian sausage, onions, garlic mustard, paprika, and Gruyere cheese!

These explosions are approximately 3 1/4 lbs each and with a serving size recommendation of 1/2 pound per person since it is boneless, roughly feeds 6 individuals.
