Charcuterie/Snack Stick Box
This box varies as the months go along! Slices of summer sausage, homemade Paulina salamis, cappicola, beer sausage, and possibly prosciutto on the charcuterie end, while we add in some salami, honey pork, kabanos and more on the snack sausage side of thins!
If you like dry cured meats, you can't go wrong here. Box will change once per month with potentially similar items in each box, but always a spruce of something new!
Small box feeds 4 people twice per month (8 servings of charcuterie total)
Large box feeds 4 people 4 times per month (16 servings of charcuterie total)
