Pork Belly (Raw) (Frozen)

Pork belly is the center section of a pork side that remains after the loin and spareribs have been removed.  Pork belly can be spiced and cooked as is, and then added to an entree for flavoring.  Pork belly can also be salted and used as salt pork.  Or you may even get a little adventurous and make your own bacon by curing and smoking some pork belly!
