Hot Doug's Andouille Sausage

This all pork sausage in a hog casing is slammed Cajun style spices, medium hot cayenne peppers, and garlic. Traditionally, it is added to a rice and red bean cajun dish, can be cut into ready to eat cracker snacks as well, or (our favorite of course) toss it on a bun post grill with your favorite toppings like grilled onions and yellow mustard!
