Lamb Shoulder Round Bone Chop

Lamb shoulder round bone chops are similar to a beef round bone pot roast but much smaller in size (hence the "chop").  They come from the lamb shoulder and are great marinated or seasoned and cooked on the grill! 

Lamb should blade chops are roughly .5 - .75 lb pieces.
