A rack of lamb consists of 8 "lollipop chops" and is perfect for 2 adults! Great for Valentine's day and other special moments spent with a loved one! High heat and fast on the grill, best served medium rare!
If you would like a crown rack of lamb, two racks must be ordered and leave a note in the comment section toward the end of your order that you would like them to be in a crown.
They are typically 1.5 - 2 lbs per rack. They can be cooked as is, or can be made into a "crown roast" for any special occasion!
