Veal Sultz (Kalvsylta)

Veal Sultz is made with pickled veal, gelatin, and black pepper.  It is a Swedish holiday tradition known as Kalvsylta, jellied veal, and is typically found on a julsbord around the holidays, a Swedish smorgasbord.
